As the governing voice of CPHR Alberta, the Board of Directors meets quarterly to provide oversight and guidance in several key areas. The Board, alongside CPHR Alberta operations, continues to deliver on the association's strategic priorities developed in the 2020 strategic plan.
To ensure transparency between our Board of Directors, members and key stakeholders, we will be sharing a post-meeting message to inform stakeholders on the steps taken towards advancing our profession and ensuring a financially stable association.
The Board of Directors met on November 18, 2023, and the Board’s key messages for our members and key stakeholders are as follows:

The association is providing increased value for our members by investing in promoting the importance of the profession and the CPHR designation in the business community and Post-Secondary Institutions, as well as enhancing professional development offerings for our members.
- Board Recruitment:
The Board of Directors is seeking up to three new Board members to join the Board in May 2024, and encourage all interested chartered members to apply. Further details on the recruitment process can be found HERE.
