"I was honoured and humbled to be recognized as a FCPHR. I became involved at the ground level to establish our HR profession to be recognized with a professional designation. This was our Vision. I was passionate that our profession be elevated to a professional status so that we could be involved at the strategic level and in boardrooms of an organization and in the business community. I am extremely proud of all the hard work and dedication by so many of my colleagues that allowed us to be recognized as a profession. This was a proud achievement and milestone of our profession.
