2024 CPHR Alberta HR Trends Survey

In partnership with Leger, CPHR Alberta conducted a survey on trends within the human resources profession presented across Alberta, the Northwest Territories and Nunavut.


Hearing from 331 of our members, we followed up on some of the trends identified in 2022 while also looking at new areas of focus within the profession.

Input Received

Online survey of CPHR Alberta members was open October 21st to November 19th, 2024. Email invitations and reminders were sent to CPHR Alberta members via Leger.

Outcomes

Email invitations were sent out to 6,683 members. The survey had a response rate of 5%.


Results were weighted according to the chapter distribution of CPHR Alberta members.


Significant differences between sample subgroups are called out throughout the report where relevant.
