Amy Lahti is a Senior OD Consultant at Talogy
Amy has over 15 years of organizational development and developmental human resources experience. She is passionate about effective organizational and talent development, and enjoys leading activities and programs that can truly help organizations elevate to a higher level of efficiency, innovation, and success. She has deep experience in talent assessment and succession planning, coaching for all levels of leaders, organizational diagnosis, performance management, and training and event facilitation. She holds PHR and SHRM-CP certifications, as well as an ACC certification from the International Coaching Federation. She has a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University – Global Campus.
Alexis Chick is a Consultant at Talogy
Alexis has been with Talogy since 2018 and has had a breadth of experience throughout her tenure. She works primarily with large, enterprise clients with a global footprint and has experience with a variety of solutions from high-volume, entry-level hiring to leadership and C-suite. Her current focus is on the design, implementation, and execution of in-depth, multi-method assessment processes for selection and development of leaders across levels.
