About the Event

Whether it’s Baby Boomers, Gen Xers, Millennials or Gen Zs, we all have pre-conceived notions about the generational cohorts – what’s important to them and how they behave.

These assumptions can sometimes influence decisions about benefits plan design and lead to plans that don’t truly meet the needs of members.

Using claims and utilization data for these cohorts, this presentation will put these stereotypes under the microscope and explore how each generation actually uses their benefits, and what features and coverage they value most.
