Iqbal is a change agent with 20 years’ HR/LR experience. Prior to consulting, Iqbal led the HR/LR function at a seniors’ care organization that grew from 800 to 1900 employees during his 8-year tenure. He has facilitated numerous organizational development initiatives, including establishing the Quality Assurance and Human Resource functions, and conducting the feasibility of setting-up operations in US and Mexico. Earlier in 2017, he developed a comprehensive Employee Engagement Strategy for the Calgary Police Service that incorporated the 4 drivers of employee engagement: Leadership Narrative, Engaging Managers, Organizational Integrity, and Employee Voice.

Iqbal has served as a faculty member at Columbia College for over 15 years, and is the author of 3 books, including Performance Matter… Success at Work, Home and Play.

Kashan is the President and CEO of Naburva Business Solutions Inc., a consulting firm dedicated to serve small and medium businesses in Canada. Kashan holds an MBA from HEC Montreal and is a Chartered member of CPHR Alberta. He also holds the CTMP designation as well as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.

Kashan has more than two decades of work experience in various organizations in Canada and overseas, ranging from regional to global, Fortune 500 companies. He has developed many training programs and has spoken at various universities on the topics of learning & development, process improvement, and organizational competitive advantage.

Deanne is an HR Generalist with 15+ years of experience and a Partner at Tenfold HR Solutions; a consulting firm focused on providing small to medium sized businesses with HR support. Having supported operations at a variety of organizations, including Finning Canada and ATCO Electric, Deanne is experienced with working with leadership teams as well as coaching front line supervisors.

She attended Queen's University's Industrial Relations Centre and obtained a Certificate in Labour Relations in 2012. While LR was once her area of specialty, these days Deanne is more focused on HR Audits and providing organizations with a clear road map to help build their strategy before her and her team work to ensure goals are measured and met.

Sunanda founded HR Admin Consulting, an HR outsourcing service to address needs such as support to maintain a particular HR function, designing and implementing a one-time HR program, or providing occasional resources. For over 20 years, she has provided direction and leadership in developing and executing a full range of human resource programs and services. Sunanda's experience of working globally, with unique cultures and HR laws, has broadened her knowledge and made her agile and responsive to change.

Sunanda has assisted organizations to introduce and implement effective HR programs. She has helped organizations with HRIS technology implementations and developing HR tool kits for managers. She has worked on several HR integration projects arising out of mergers and acquisitions, and has received several awards and accolades for her outstanding contributions to those projects.

Sunanda holds a Master of Business Administration degree (Human Resources) as well as the CPHR designation in Canada. She believes learning is a lifelong process and keeps up-to-date through various learning initiatives. Outside of work, Sunanda values active involvement in the community, whether it is giving back to the HR community or the larger social causes close to her heart.

Jaclyn is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources who holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary. She is a Human Resource Generalist and experienced Recruiter who has helped small, large and non-profit organizations grow their teams and businesses by finding employees that are a great fit. Jaclyn has strong recruitment experience and has played an integral role in helping companies across a variety of industries attract and hire the best professionals. She takes a collaborative approach to recruitment that offers a transfer of knowledge and on-going communication while executing full-cycle recruitment from job description development to developing and extending offers of employment. Genuinely invested in the success of her clients and their recruitment processes, Jaclyn provides efficient hands-on support for recruitment, orientation, on-boarding, payroll and benefits.
